สำหรับการเปลี่ยนทดแทนภายใต้การรับประกันนี้ ผลิตภัณฑ์ Klean Kanteen ของคุณจะได้รับการเปลี่ยนเป็นขนาดและสีเดิมหากยังมีวางจำหน่าย หากไม่มีผลิตภัณฑ์ชนิดเดียวกันวางจำหน่าย จะได้รับการเปลี่ยนทดแทนด้วยผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีขนาดและสีใกล้เคียง และจะไม่มีมูลค่าต่ำกว่าสินค้าเดิม

การรับประกันนี้ไม่ครอบคลุม: ความเสียหายจากการใช้งานผิดวิธีหรือใช้งานไม่ถูกต้อง, ความเสียหายจากการทำความสะอาด การถอดประกอบ การดัดแปลง หรือการปรับเปลี่ยน, ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากหรือเป็นผลมาจากการสึกหรอตามปกติ การใช้งานอย่างไม่ระมัดระวัง หรือไฟไหม้

At Klean Kanteen, Inc. (“Klean Kanteen”) our goal is to reduce single-use items, plain and simple.  So we make products guaranteed to hold up to whatever life throws at them.  Because we are proud of our products and our quality controls, we back our products with a Strong as Steel Lifetime Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, starting from the date of purchase or delivery (if later than the date of purchase) when the product is purchased from us or our authorized sellers in Thailand, unless otherwise prohibited by law.  Klean Kanteen will repair or replace a product that is covered by this warranty, or will refund the purchase price of the product in the event Klean Kanteen is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made.  For replacements under this warranty, your Klean Kanteen product will be replaced by the same size and color if still available.  If a like product is not still available, it will be replaced with one of similar size and color and will not be of lesser value.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, our warranty is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  Klean Kanteen reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.  The warranty is limited to the original, end-user purchaser in Thailand.  A list of our dealers is available here.

The warranty does not cover:  damage from improper use or misuse; damage caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications; damage caused by, or resulting from, normal wear and tear, abuse, or fire.
